When will my Bouncy Castle be delivered?

• We will text you with an estimated delivery time a day before your party. We aim to be with you 30 minutes either side of the Specified time.

I'm not sure if a Bouncy Castle will fit in my Garden?

• Please feel free to contact us info@trianglecastles.co.uk or Call Emma on 07811385769 and we will help find the most suitable Castle for your Garden and ensure it fits.

I'm not sure what inflatable best suits my needs?

• Please feel free to email us info@trianglecastles.co.uk and give us details or when your party is, location, age range and numbers and we will help you select the best ones for you.

I'm not sure about the weather, what do I do if it rains, will you still deliver my castle?

• All our bouncy castles come with a raincover, we only ever cancel when there are high winds in your area for everyones safety. This is extremely rare.

I have very young kids and teenagers, how do I keep them all happy?

• We discount when you book two or more inflatables and we have loads to suitable young kids up to Adults. Need help Email us info@trianglecastles.co.uk

Do you Supply Generators?

• Yes, we can supply Generators at an additional cost.

Are you insured?

• Yes, we are fully insured with both public and employers liability insurance so you can rest easy.

Do I need my own extension lead, safety mats etc?

• No, we supply all of these with the inflatable, if your inflatable is not going onto grass let us know and we'll bring sandbags to secure it.

Can you supply Staff?

• Yes we have fully trained Access NI checked staff to meet any supervision needs, for mechanical items staff are included in the cost shown.
