These are the terms and conditions for using this website, and / or booking an inflatable or item from Triangle Castles.

You: Visitors to this Website and / or Triangle Castles Customers.
Your: An item or inflatable hired from Triangle Castles to you the customer. Also can be an item owned by you.
Our: Something owned by Triangle Castles.
Conditions:
1. Use of Website
1.a This website (www.trianglecastles.co.uk) must be used in accordance with the relevant laws. You must not attempt to breach security, hack or upload malicious software. Any attempt to do so will result in a permanent ban from using the site and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
1.b Pictures and images on this website are either taken by ourselves, paid for, granted licence or taken by customers / other companies with permission to use with or without modification. The are all protected by copyright laws and must not be used or redistributed without permission.
1.c You may be required to log in to this website. You must not share an account with someone else. Triangle Castles accept no responsibly for unauthorised bookings made by others on your account. You must protect your password and contact us immediately if it's lost, stolen or forgotten. Contact Us
1.d You may be required to input sensitive data such as an address or contact number. We agree to never share this information with third parties. This information is used to deliver your inflatables or items, and is destroyed upon completion of your order.
All sensitive information is securely protected by this website using our valid SSL certificate (note the green check bar and padlock in the website address)
1.e You must not be abusive or threatening to live chat staff. They are here to help with queries, you may be removed from the site, and depending on severity, reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. Website Features
2.a This website includes a postcode checker. You must not attempt to manipulate or deceive this system, to receive a cheaper delivery cost or otherwise.
Triangle Castles reserves the right to amend any booking with false or incorrect prices. You are free to cancel your booking or continue with the amended price quote.
2.b This website uses a date checker. This is to be used as a guide for availability. Please note, once you have booked with us, the inflatable(s) / item(s) are marked as unavailable on the selected dates to other users.
Triangle Castles accepts no responsibility for unavailable inflatable(s) / item(s), for example, booking a venue based on our date checker, without booking with us first.
2.c This website uses a 'Check the weather' feature. This is not guaranteed. This must be used as a guideline as weather reports often change quickly.
3. Prices, Sizes and Users ( For all inflatables and items on this website)
3.a Prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to do so without notice. Should a price be amended, it will not effect your existing booking. Bookings after the price change will not be amended to the previous rate.
3.b Sizes are to be used as a guide only. In the sizes tab on each product page, there may be a Asset Size and / or a Required Size.
The Asset Size is the Length, width and height of the item.
The Required Size is the minimum space required to fit the item.
3.c Some Items may display a recommended user weight, height, age or the total amount of users at any one time.
These are manufacturer recommendations and you must use them to ensure the safety of all users. Triangle Castles accepts no responsibility for injury or damage caused by not following these.
4. Prices or Quotes Given in error
Upon completing your booking, you will receive an email confirmation notification with your inputted details and prices. This may not be a final email. Prices are not bound and your booking may be updated. If this is the case, we will send you an updated email confirmation.
A confirmation email cannot be used as proof of quote. Confirmation emails may need to be amended, due to incorrect postcodes or incorrect discounts.
5. Payment
Please find below a list of accepted payment methods:

Cheque (Made out to 'Triangle Castles' only)
PayPal
Bank Transfer (BACS)
Cash must not be posted, Triangle Castles accepts no responsibly for lost post.
PayPal and Bank Transfer details are available upon request. Contact Us
Cheques must be signed, dated and made out to Triangle Castles. Cheques may be posted to: Triangle Castles, 62 Coolyvenny Road, Coleraine, BT51 3SE.
Invoices are also available upon request.
6. Deals and Offers
Find below a list and description of our current offers. These are subject to change without notice. However we do post our latest offers on Facebook.
Multi-day Hire:
Delivered Monday and collected Thursday, or Delivered Friday and collected Monday for the same price as one days hire. Please select Monday as your start date, Saturday as your end date or Friday as your start start and Wednesday as your end date.
With this offer, your delivery and collection times are at our discretion, and we will confirm these with you via text closer to the date.
If you require the inflatable(s) or item(s) at a specific time on either your delivery day or collection day, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY as this may incur an additional charge.
Days cannot be changed with this offer (For example Thursday to Sunday or Sunday to Wednesday)
6.1 If you intentionally try to manipulate the system into booking something that is unavailable on your chosen date, through discount errors or otherwise, your booking will be deleted and you may be blacklisted from using the system.
If your chosen inflatable is not available on your selected date, feel free to call us and we can double check for you or find a suitable alternative.
6.2 Discounts and Offers
10% off two or more inflatables:
This offer does not apply to indoor bookings such as Halls.
This offer does not apply to the following items:

Slush Machine or Popcorn Machine
Garden Games
Sumo Suits
Animal Hoppers or Didi Cars
At times we update our deals and offers. This normally occurs from the transition to Winter from Summer, switching from outdoor deals to indoor offers. We always post our latest deals on our Facebook page found here: Triangle Castles
7. Competitions
At times, we run competitions on our Facebook page. Here's the general rules for Facebook competitions:
7.a Competitions are only open to residents in Northern Ireland unless otherwise specified.
7.b Competitions hold no monetary value, and prizes cannot be exchange for a cash alternative.
7.c Competitions are free to enter. Do not attempt to send money, such as cash, Paypal or other, as this will not increase your chances of winning and your money will be returned to you.
7.d You must be of legal age to enter Facebook competitions, for example, to have a Facebook account you must be at least thirteen (13) years old.
7.e Competition winners are chosen at random, either through picking names from a hat or a random selector. Disputes about competition winners will not be answered.
8. Hire Rules
By accepting the terms and conditions outlined above, you agree you are in charge of the item or inflatable and all other parts provided (Mats, Blower, Extension leads, Lights or Speakers) and are fully capable of adhering to the following rules:
You must ensure the safety of all users at all times.
By booking, you accept responsibility for all items delivered to you.
You must not attempt to move, or change the location of the inflatable or item without contacting us first.
You accept all responsibility for damages, and costs that may occur as a result of these damages.
You agree to abide by the instructions given by the delivery driver to you, for the particular use of your item(s)
You agree to ensure all users have remove their shoes and are advised to wear socks.
You agree to ensure no food or drink is taken onto the inflatable.
You agree to ensure the inflatable or item is only used for its intended purpose.
By Booking, and clicking the accept terms and conditions button, you are confirming you have read, and understood, these rules and conditions.
In the event of a dispute you may be referred back to this page and/or the appropriate section.
9. Cancellations
9.a You can cancel your private party items free of charge at any time except in the cases outlined in section 9.b.
We ask you give us as much notice as possible, which can be done so by calling us on 07811 385769.
9.b Private Party bookings where a deposit has been paid, may be non-fundable. A deposit may be collected based on your postcode location or the size of the inflatable/item. Cancellations on the day of the private party may incur a charge. This is at the sole discretion of Triangle Castles based on factors such as date/time of cancellation and distance of travel.
9.c Events, large item hire (such as the Rodeo Bull, Sweepers, 90ft Assault Course) may incur a cancellation fee. If a deposit has been collected, this may be non-refundable. This is at the sole discretion of Triangle Castles based on factors such as date/time of cancellation and distance of travel.
9.d In certain weather situations we may be forced to cancel your inflatable(s) or items(s)
This is done to protect the inflatables or items and the users in extreme weather conditions such as strong winds. We will contact you as soon as we are aware of a weather based situation. You are free to book for a different date.
9.e We may be forced to cancel particular inflatables due to damage. This is generally when they have been collected from a previous customer and will not be repaired in time for your party/event. We will contact you and offer suitable replacement options.
